Celebrating The Disruptive Leaders Of The Solution Focused In Action Program (SOFA)

We are thrilled to celebrate the success of the recent cohort of leaders who have completed the Solution Focused in Action Program (SOFA). Under the expert guidance of Coach Alex, these leaders have mastered transformative Applied Solution Focused techniques designed to drive positive change and empower their teams. The program introduced participants to a solution focused coaching approach, shifting their mindset from traditional problem solving to building solutions that unlock potential. Initially, we observed some skepticism about the impact of this approach. However, as the participants progressed through the SOFA Program, they fully embraced the solution focused concepts and developed the skills needed to internalize and institutionalize them within their leadership practices. A key highlight of the SOFA learning journey was the introduction of the OSKAR model—a methodology grounded in the solution focused approach. This model emphasizes strengths, resources, and actionable steps, enabling leaders to facilitate constructive conversations that inspire progress and promote both personal and organizational development. It allowed them to master powerful techniques like scaling questions, which help pinpoint their team members’ current state, and future-oriented questions, which guide team members toward visualizing their desired outcomes.
