The Applied Solution Focused Framework was designed to shift leaders away from managing problems and toward building momentum through solutions.

This year, we at Avidity International have worked alongside a local telecommunications organization for 2 consecutive months on a structured leadership journey to shift leadership behavior towards regeneration through our Solutions Optimized, Amplified Results Program (SOAR).

The initiative was designed as a multi-intervention learning ecosystem, ensuring solution focused is extended beyond the classroom.

This impact report reflects another regenerative organization enabled through Applied Solution Focused Methodologies, strengthening leadership effectiveness through better conversations, faster progress, and sustainable results.
