COACHING INTERVENTION
Our ICF Credentialed Coach-Facilitators partner with Coachees toward effective planning, execution and management after the program. The focus of the sessions are on developing a shared experience and support for each Coachee and ensuring continuous reminder.
THE HEARTSET ASSESSMENT
This assessment incorporates a data-driven strategy for ongoing evaluation. It enables organizations to measure the readiness of the participants and the effectiveness of the program both before and after implementation.
