Leaders Activating Coaching Excellence Program (LACE). Unlike traditional one-to-one coaching
methods, LACE embraces modern, flexible approaches to coaching, allowing it to happen anytime,
anywhere, and with teams of any size.
The tailored training modules in this program will equip your leaders with the knowledge, skills, and
practical coaching techniques necessary to help their teams make informed decisions, solve problems,
and work independently.
COACHING INTERVENTION
Our ICF Credentialed Coach-Facilitators partner with Coachees toward effective planning,execution and management after the program. The focus of the sessions are on developing a shared experience and support for each Coachee and ensuring continuous reminder.
Coach Readiness Assessment
This assessment incorporates a data-driven strategy for ongoing evaluation. It enables organizations to measure the readiness of the participants and the effectiveness of the program both before and after implementation. It helps to facilitate the identification of key success factors and areas for improvement
