The Solution Circle is a dynamic gathering of HR practitioners for the sole purpose of “solutioning”. It is a social support community-based group that leverages on each other as resources. It is facilitated by a professional executive coach predominately utilizing the Coaching and Solution-Focused Approach.

The Solution Circle is a working session; participants come knowing that they play two distinct interchangeable roles: The Seeker or The Provider.

The Seeker’s role is to state their desired goals, challenges to be overcome and specific preferred future that they are seeking.

The Provider’s role is to offer resources, suggestions, opinions or solutions that would benefit the Seeker.

It is designed not to be your typical event, instead, it is a structured working session. Participants benefit from being able to fulfill what they are looking for or become instrumental as a solution provider or both.
