We are proud to announce that today marks the first day of the inaugural ICF Accredited Solution Focused Coach Training by the Academy of Solution Focused Malaysia. Over the next two days, our certification program will immerse participants in a transformative learning experience like no other. With a focus on practical application and real-world scenarios, we aim to equip participants with the necessary skills and tools to create positive change in the lives of individuals and organizations.
Last week, Avidity International has hosted a series of workshops for those that wished to be the best versions of themselves but are confused about where to even begin. The Disrupt Yourself, #SurpassYesterday workshop was intended to remedy their worries on how they can chart their paths in the year to come; it aimed to disrupt how they create their goals and journeys.
This #CoachItForward Initiative was a resounding success because of those who attended! We have conducted our webinar to a wide array of audience throughout the week.
We were truly elated to have had you all as a part of our journey in creating a strong start to 2023. We value the time you have spent with us during the workshop to disrupt yourselves and reinvent how you set your goals through the Compree and RISKS Models. Your interests and continuous engagements to create more powerful action plans are definitely encouraging for us to spread the concept even further.
We would also like to congratulate Esthetics International Group, TDCX Malaysia, and One Food Group for your admirable efforts in disrupting your flow and reinventing how you design your goals; be it personally or professionally.
With this new goal setting template in hand, we hope you will keep disrupting how you create your goals and plan your actions to be more believable and achievable.
We would like to express our gratitude to Jabil for the opportunity to facilitate the 21st Century Leader Program alongside Jabil’s leaders and people managers.

The People Empowered Through Applied Coaching (PEAC) Program has been conducted for close to 400 leaders in 65 cities and 9 different countries.
Establishing a coaching culture and assisting Leaders in applying and making the coaching approach a primary leadership philosophy are our program’s primary objectives. We intend to challenge current management approaches and empower organizations’ team members by utilizing practical applied coaching techniques that can be used in daily operations.
Leadership in the current corporate landscape has changed significantly and one factor affecting our current workforce is the widening scope of multiple generations.
What we need to understand is that each generation is different and they are unique in their own ways – the way they communicate, learn, and even their preferences in how their contributions are recognized differ from one another.
Coaching is a versatile and contemporary approach that you can utilize to manage your team. It paves a way towards an independent and empowered team that can function even beyond your supervision.
Even so, jumping into coaching can be a daunting task to take on.
How do you know if you are doing the right thing? Where do you even begin?
We are proud to announce that we have successfully conducted talks that involved professional speaker-coaches to help spread coaching and its applications in a corporate working environment to a wider audience.
Thank you to Silke Cramer for parting your knowledge on Positive Psychology and Strengths-Based Coaching during the talk.
Positive and constructive work culture is important for employees’ GROWTH and motivation. Whether we admit it or not, lots of organizations are ignoring their people’s emotive-based needs resulting in poor mental health. There must be a sense of urgency to do something about it for the organization and your people to grow or risk the possibility of losing your talents.
Leaders are encouraged to have an emotive-based engagement with a mixture of coaching techniques to avoid a toxic environment in their organizations. Questions like “What do you feel are the right things to do in order for you to move forward and be more confident?”, “What are you happy about despite the situation?” and “Which goal would give you the most sense of satisfaction?” can be used to check on your team’s well-being, feelings and thoughts about their current situation in the organization. Encouraging your team to voice their emotive needs and letting them have a say in the organization will create a resilient team and a positive work culture in a long run.
