Over the past couple of weeks, we are pleased to have conducted the “Crucial Performance Appraisal Conversation” Program for Mercedes Benz Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. We introduced the contemporary Strength-based approach towards performance conversation, we are confident that our participants are now better equipped with techniques to Disrupt and Grow their talents further in their upcoming Performance Appraisal sessions.
