Over the past couple of weeks, we are pleased to have conducted the “Crucial Performance Appraisal Conversation” Program for Mercedes Benz Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
We introduced the contemporary Strength-based approach towards performance conversation, we are confident that our participants are now better equipped with techniques to Disrupt and Grow their talents further in their upcoming Performance Appraisal sessions.
It’s admirable to see Mercedes-Benz equipping their leaders with proper skills to give effective and constructive feedback to ensure a high-performance team culture.
We are pleased have successfully carried out a total of 8 sessions on “Crucial Performance Appraisal” for a total of 133 Leaders from Mercedes Benz Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia within these 2 weeks.
